Order and Payment

  1. I cannot find my country in the order section
    If you cannot find your country in the order section, we unfortunately do not ship there.

  2. I did not receive an order confirmation
    If you did not receive a confirmation about your order, please directly contact our customer service at info@applique-amsterdam.com .

  3. Can I combine gift cards and sales?
    Yes, gift cards and sales can be combined, but only one sales code at a time.

  4. How can I pay?
    You can pay through PayPal, iDEAL, SOFORT, Bancontact or Credit/Debit card. You can also receive an invoice via mail and send the money via transfer. 

  5. How long would it take for a refund?
    Refunds take between 5 and 10 days after your package is back with us again.

  6. Does Appliqué give discounts or has sales?
    Appliqué has discounts/sales on certain products at certain holidays like for example “Black Friday”. However, we would always like to advise to buy the product whenever it's available, as some colors/collections will be limited editions and cannot be bought at all times.

     

     

     

    Shipping & Return

    1. How long does the shipping take?
      Shipping in the Netherlands usually takes between 1 and 3 days.
      Shipping in Europe usually takes between 3 and 10 days.
      Shipping worldwide mostly takes 7 to 20 days.
      Please note, at new launches, holidays or sales actions shipping can take longer due to the high amount of orders coming in.  
    1. How do I track my order?
      When your parcel is shipped you will receive an email with tracking link. Please also watch your spam box.

    1. With which agencies do you ship?
      We normally ship with DHL and PostNL, but it is possible that your parcel will be given to a local forwarder in your country.
    1. How can the product get returned?
      Please select in your customer account that you want to return a product and send it back to our warehouse. You will receive a refund maximum 10 days after your package arrives with us again.

    1. How do I know the product got returned?

      YES. Due to the high number of orders and fewer people working due to restrictions and illness, shipping can take longer.

      You can apply to become a B2B reseller at b2b@applique-amsterdam.com .Please make sure to also give directly details in your first mail such as name, address, VAT number and other brands you sell.

    1. Do you offer internships?
      Yes, we do offer internships from time to time. You can apply to an open internship or send an open application to careers@applique-amsterdam.com . We will get back to you within 4 weeks.

      All open vacancies can be seen under our careers tab in the footer menu of our website. If there is no job offering which suits you, do not hesitate to send an open application to us.

      Please make sure to attach a proper CV, references, and a personal letter about you. Next to the CV, videos are also always welcome in your application.
